fernando has been dancing professionally for the last 11 years all over europe, china, japan and taiwan.he is passionate about resilience, wellbeing and work-life balance and brings deep mindfulness embodiment to his siy teaching. he is also a mbsr qualified teacher and has been teaching for the last 3 years to a variety of audiences, ranging from educational organizations (gerhart hauptmann theater) or artists to software companies (yopeso). currently he combines being a certified teacher with still dancing professionally. apart from his dance education he holds a master of science degree from autonoma university madrid, using his training to share neuroscience in an accessible way.  he also holds an mba from rey juan carlos university-eude business school. he is inspired to support organisations achieve excellence with compassion and playfulness. fernando spends his free time in nature and traveling.
