marc has 20 years experience applying organizational learning and leadership skills in the workplace, as a coach and senior executive. in addition to 10 years management experience in director and senior executive roles, marc brings 8 years of full-time experience as an executive coach, trainer, and consultant to mid- and senior-level leaders in companies like google, shell, bacardi, citi and cisco. his specialty is helping leaders develop the self-knowledge to be decisive learners. marc has practiced martial arts and meditation since 1989. he lives in boston, ma with his wife and three children.
